Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) – $5.50
  • Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days) – $15.00
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your package for store credit minus shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return & Refunds Policy

How to Return

  1. Email us at care@acesxspades.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely and ship them back to us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
